Return Postage for any reason other than [defective item OR incorrect item shipped] will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Please Read "BEFORE" Returning items: For Online Sales: You must get Return Authorization Numbers for all Returns & Exchanges and Returns Must Be returned within 30 days of the date the order was shipped in order to receive an exchange or refund. Thank You.
Hand Jive Clothing items are all hand-made and limited quantity. We trust you understand this, as slight irregularities are not considered a reason for return. We are certain you will be delighted with your Hand Jive Clothing purchase. If you are unsatisfied please let us know and we will happily address your concern.

For other returns, please be sure that your package is insured and prepaid. Sorry, we cannot accept COD returns.

NOTE: We will email you a RA# to include with the above listed info so we can get it processed and you taken care of asap.
In order to help as many customers as possible acquire Hand Jive pieces, we may, at times, be required to place restrictions on quantities ordered. Please contact us or our office to find out if, and when, such quantity restrictions are in place.
Direct Shipping Rates to the lower 48 states are available from the shopping cart, for overseas, please contact us via email for info.
**While most orders will ship within 48 hours, please allow up to 1 week for your order to be processed and shipped.
**Due to the nature of our business, all orders are required to be paid for in full at the time of order. By purchasing online, you are agreeing to these terms.**

By law, we are required to collect and remit sales tax for any orders shipped to a state in which we have a "physical presence". As such we currently collect sales tax for all sales in Tennessee. Some states require sales tax to be charged on the shipping cost as well.
